Convalescence is a series of quests given out by Micah-10 in the Pale Heart. There are four quests:

1. Convalescence: Rootbound.
2. Convalescence: Underbrush.
3. Convalescence: Greenery.
4. Convalescence: Budding.

The first three quests can be done solo and are quite long. They require completing certain tasks within the Pale heart and award players with Pale Heart weapons.

The fourth requires the completion of three campaign missions in the Cooperative Focus mode. It locks the activity at a Power level of 2005, adds a bunch of modifiers and does not have matchmaking, so players would need to find a fireteam.
