3. Slayer.
4. Searing Light.
5. Aerial Ace.
6. Smothering Darkness.

You would need to unlock them first by finishing the Alone in the Dark quests by Micah-10. While not difficult, this process takes time.

While a couple of Cysts are pretty straight forward and should not take a lot of tries to complete in 4 minutes or faster, most of them are frankly infuriating. You would need to run each Cyst many times to figure out and memorize an optimal path. It is also recommended to have a build with easy access to Cure, Radiant, Amplified and Overshields. Another good idea is to bring along a couple of friends to help with add-clear and boss damage.
