Obtain Blackhand’s Command

3. Among these mobs is the Scarshield Quartermaster. Kill him to loot the Blackhand's Command item.
4. Right-click on Blackhand's Command to start the attunement quest.

Clear Upper Blackrock Spire (UBRS)

1. Form a group and enter Upper Blackrock Spire (UBRS).
2. Progress through the dungeon until you reach the final boss, General Drakkisath.
3. Defeat General Drakkisath.

Use the Orb of Ascension

• After defeating General Drakkisath, look for the Orb of Ascension located behind him.
• Click on the Orb of Ascension to complete the Blackhand’s Command quest.

Attunement Complete

Alternate Entrance (Without Attunement)

If for some reason you can't complete the attunement, there's an alternate entrance to Blackwing Lair located inside UBRS. After defeating Warchief Rend Blackhand, proceed to a large room past Awbee, and you'll find a portal leading directly into Blackwing Lair. However, you must be in a raid group to enter.
