The Solstice armor set boost lets you unlock and fully upgrade the Solstice event armor sets for any class. This year’s Solstice has changed the process of acquiring the armor pisces. Now, players would need to complete special Bounties in order to earn Alloys, which then can be turned into a corresponding armor piece. You’ll need 100 Alloys to craft a single piece of armor. How to Get Solstice Armor in Destiny 2

This year’s Solstice introduced a new way of acquiring event armor. Players will interact with a Solstice Forge, which can be found in the Quests tab. In order to unlock a single piece of armor, players must complete associated Solstice Forge Bounties to earn Alloys. Each armor piece has its own Alloys. There are three types of Bounties:

• White Bounties - require defeating targets with a specific elemental damage type. Award 5 Alloys;
• Green Bounties - require either generating Orbs of Power with a specific subclass equipped, or defeating targets affected by an elemental debuff. Award 15 Alloys;
• Yellow Bounties - require completion of end-game activities, such as Grandmaster Nightfalls or raids. Award 50 Alloys.

Once 100 Alloys are collected, completing the Bonfire Bash activity will turn them into an armor piece.

As you can see, getting even a single piece of armor takes a lot of effort, and you will need to repeat the process five times to get the full set. We recommend getting the Solstice armor set boost to skip the grind all together.
