Machine Defense Unit 1-11 Mount is obtained via the outdoor event called Awakening the Machine which can be found in the Ringing Deeps. Awakening the machine is a minigame that requires you to protect an NPC in the middle of the room while clearing waves of enemies. To obtain the It's Not Much, But It's Honest Work achievement players need to Defeat the Awakened Phalanx during this event.
Each run of Awakening the Machine ends after 20 waves of mobs. You can select this as an activity via one of the new daily quests and receive 1 Treasure Trove Key for completing it. Said key can be used to open treasure chests with rewards at the end of each Delve activity.
